Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets rules for using the service responsibly and lawfully.

2. Prohibited content

• Defamatory, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Content containing personal information you are not authorised to disclose.
• Attempts to generate fabricated citations or misleading “authoritative” statements for misuse.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scraping or automated extraction beyond permitted use.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the service.
• Using outputs as a substitute for legal advice without verification (see AI notice).

4. Reporting and enforcement

Developer note: counsel to define reporting channels and enforcement steps (warnings, suspension, termination), and align with the Terms.
