Is the AI accurate?

Our AI is highly capable but can make mistakes (hallucinations). Always verify citations against primary sources like AustLII.

Is my client data safe?

For the brainstorming feature, we aim not to permanently store the free-text “facts” you enter; they are processed to generate an output and are not persisted as-is. However, the service may store other information (such as account details, search queries, cached ranked results, and generated outputs). See our AI & Data Processing Summary and Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Settings to manage billing via Stripe (if you have an active subscription). You can also review our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
